The Placement Cell of Don Bosco College, Mannuthy, plays a vital role in enhancing the employability and career prospects of students.The cell focuses on equipping students with industry-relevant skills, career guidance, and placement opportunities.

Infosys Student Development Programme (SDP)

The Placement Cell, in association with Infosys BPM, organized a Student Development Programme from January 5–21, 2026. The programme focused on English communication, corporate culture, presentation skills, aptitude training, and soft skills development.

- Interview selection process and placement orientation sessions in collaboration with Edroots Academy.

- Online orientation programme on interview techniques and CV preparation in association with EazyLink Academy.

Campus Drive 2026

The Placement Cell, in collaboration with EazyLink Academy, organized a Campus Drive on April 22, 2026. The event witnessed the participation of 118 students from 20 colleges, with around 20 companies taking part in the recruitment process. The drive provided valuable employment opportunities to current students, alumni, and students from neighboring institutions.

The Placement Cell continues to strive towards enhancing student employability through training, industry interaction, career guidance, and recruitment opportunities

The Placement Cell, in association with Infosys BPM, organized a Student Development Program (SDP) for final-year and second-year students from 5th January 2026 to 21st January 2026. The training sessions were conducted daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The 15-day intensive training program contributed significantly to the holistic development of the students. It helped participants develop professional skills, improve communication abilities, and prepare themselves to face the challenges of the corporate world with confidence.

A total of 35 students from the second and third years participated in the training program. The sessions provided valuable insights into workplace expectations, teamwork, problem-solving, and career development.

The training sessions were effectively conducted by Ms. Kala Kannan and Ms. Suganya Rajakumar, whose guidance and expertise greatly benefited the participants. The program was highly informative and played an important role in enhancing the employability skills of the students.
